To embed you need to do the classic youtube code and in the middle only put the video ID string

EXAMPLE: [youtube]{Video ID String}[/youtube]

The Video ID string is the part in the URL between the "=" and the "&" symbols

So if I want to stream this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRwqzgzQO7k&feature=channel_page

I would put "NRwqzgzQO7k" in the middle of the youtube code
